Ubon's Dipping Barbecue Sauce

The one and only original. Perfect on chicken, fish, pork, or beef, this sweet and tangy Roark family tradition is just the thing for finishing off your grilling masterpieces. Dip smaller pieces of meat straight into the sauce, dipping and turning the meat several times the last few minutes of grilling. Or pour it straight onto larger cuts like ribs and brisket and let it set for thirty minutes to an hour using indirect heat. Also great served alongside or on top of anything you are willing to put in your mouth.


Ubon's Meat Marinade

A well-balanced meat marinade great on steaks, chops, chicken and fish. Allow the meat 1-12 hours to marinate or inject it straight into larger cuts like pork shoulder. Unlike most commercial marinades Ubon's meat marinade has a lower salt content. Too much salt can overpower more delicate cuts of meat and rob your meat of essential moisture.


Ubon's Seazn't Up

A proprietary blend of herbs and spices used as a dry rub on meat or a seasoning salt in your favorite recipes. Again not too much salt and not too much heat allows Seazn't Up to accent flavors and not over-power your cooking. Saltiness and heat can be adjusted using salt and cayenne.
